1. Tentative bookings may be made at any time. No booking is confirmed until you receive confirmation from the camp registrar.

For Non-Scouting and Non-Guiding groups, you must provide to the Registrar Individual Release and Hold Harmless agreements or Certificate of Insurance worth $2,000,000.00 or more from your organization’s insurance provider just after booking is confirmed or at least 2 weeks before the booking date.
